Late registrations (within 3-days of the Webinar) will be assessed a $25.00 late registration fee in addition to the normal registration fee. Shortly before the webinar, you will receive an email with a weblink to purchase an official course completion certificates from Northern Illinois University. Pre-purchase and verification of webinar attendance is required.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

Advance registration is necessary for participation in web seminars. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Pre-registration is required to reserve space and receive course materials.
Registration for webinars is closed 3 business days prior to the seminar. If you are attempting to register within the 3 days before the seminar begins, please contact customer service at customerservice@midwestgeo.com to see if space is available. Late registrations will be assessed a $25.00 late registration fee in addition to the normal registration fee.
No refunds for No-Shows; however a 50% discount for No-Shows may be applied to a future web-seminar scheduled within a year from the course date.
Cancellations within one week of the course will be charged $85 or may be substituted for a future web seminar within a year without penalty.
Pay one site registration fee and an unlimited number of participants from your organization can attend at that site.
If a technical difficulty occurs beyond the control of Midwest GeoSciences Group or the instructors, registrants agree to re-schedule the web seminar without refund or discount. Individual circumstances will be considered in case of technical difficulties.
